Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't have some of the required documents?
Contact our support team immediately. While the documents listed above are standard requirements, some situations allow for exceptions or alternative documentation. We can guide you through the process and help determine if your specific circumstances qualify for flexible document requirements. Do not submit an incomplete application as this will lead to automatic rejection.
Can I change my visa type after applying?
Visa type changes can only be requested before your application is submitted to immigration. Once submitted, the visa type cannot be changed. If you need to change your visa type, you would need to cancel your current application (subject to cancellation fees) and submit a new one with the correct visa type. We recommend carefully selecting your visa type before proceeding with payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and online payment methods including bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. You can pay in USD or your local currency with real-time currency conversion. A payment receipt will be sent to your email immediately after successful payment.
How long does processing actually take?
Regular processing typically takes 4-6 working days from the date of payment and document submission. Express processing takes 2-3 working days. Processing times are measured from working day to working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Peak travel seasons may see slightly longer processing times. You'll receive email updates at each stage of your application.
What happens if my visa application is rejected?
If your visa application is rejected, immigration will provide reasons for the rejection. You have the right to reapply with corrected information or additional documentation. Visa refunds are non-refundable after submission to immigration, regardless of approval or rejection status. However, you can apply again by paying the full visa fee. We recommend contacting our support team to understand the rejection reasons and improve your reapplication.
Refund Policy
Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) - Non-Refundable
The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card is 100% non-refundable under ANY circumstances, regardless of whether your application is approved, rejected, or if you choose to cancel. Once payment is processed, there are no refunds.
eVisa Cancellation - $50 USD Fee Per Passport
If you wish to cancel your eVisa application BEFORE submission to immigration, a $50 USD cancellation fee applies per passport number. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Example: If you paid $110 for a Regular eVisa and cancel before submission: $110 - $50 = $60 refund.
Post-Submission - Non-Refundable
Once your eVisa application is submitted to immigration, it becomes completely non-refundable regardless of approval, rejection, or any other outcome. No refunds are issued after submission, and no cancellation is possible.
